Account Deletion
Delete your DramaPlex account safely
You can request account deletion here without reinstalling the app. If you still have access to DramaPlex, you can also delete your account from Profile > Delete Account inside the app.
Before you continue: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first in Google Play or the App Store. We cannot process account deletion while a subscription is still active.
Step 1
Enter the same email address or phone number you use to log in to DramaPlex.
Step 2
We send a one-time password to verify that the account really belongs to you.
Step 3
After verification, your account is scheduled for deletion in 14 days. Logging in before then lets you cancel the request.
